I have my push notifications on through my iPhone, I’ve been attempting to do the same through the app but unfortunately no settings for notifications. My employer uses ADP for our schedules, and I physically have to go into the app and tap my way into schedules just to be able to see my schedule. It would be so much better if I was to be alerted (while not in the ADP) by notifications screen on my iPhone. I only get alerted for my paystub being available and I would much rather prefer an alert for a new posted schedule!
This app also needs to add an availability feature, I dislike having to tell my employer verbally my availability and having to remind them. There are many other employees and I’m sure it’s hard to keep track. I want to be able to go in the app and add my availability as well as request time off.

I’ve now had 3 separate jobs that use this service and it is abundantly clear to me that they spend all their development funds on the management side of the app with no concern for the employee. From lag to nonfunctional links; a clunky interface to nonsensical instructions, ADP is a chore to use. Each time a new company has hired me, ADP has required me to set up a new user account. It seems they’ve never considered people might change jobs. My user names are never available because I’ve already taken them.
It crashes every other time you open it, and generally takes the worst possible route for what is essentially a stop watch. Clearly they attempted to make this some super app, but it’s an abject failure when the most important thing, clocking in and out of work, is non functional. Many, including myself, are nervous about time, as we don’t want to hit overtime accidentally or be under hours accidentally. This app will nearly guarantee you have more problems than before. If possible, avoid this app, if not possible then prepare to suffer because if you go to their help page it’s a Ai that offers one solution, and if that doesn’t work than you are out of luck.

The long is it’s slow, it is works far less often then it doesn’t, and it will get you in trouble with work. You’ll think you’ve clocked out and it doesn’t go through, you’ll think you’ve clocked in and it doesn’t go through. Worse of all some days it won’t work period, despite phone restarts, being patient, and trying for up to minutes.
